What does an engagement actually look like?
After a strategy call, we scope a 90-day engagement. You'll have a named lead strategist and a data scientist assigned to your account from day one. We kick off with a two-week audit, then move into a continuous testing cadence - typically 2 live experiments per month. You get weekly readout calls and full access to a shared results dashboard.
Do we need an existing testing tool?
No. We work within your existing stack - Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, or home-built tooling - or we can recommend and implement the right tool as part of the engagement. Either way, tooling selection is never a blocker to getting started.
How quickly do we see results?
The first test is typically live within three weeks of engagement start. Statistical significance depends on your traffic volume - most clients with over 10,000 monthly visitors see their first conclusive result within 2 weeks. Our 90-day programme has delivered measurable revenue uplift for every client we've onboarded to date.
What size company is a good fit?
Our sweet spot is growth-stage B2B and B2C companies - typically Series A through Series C - with at least 10,000 monthly visitors and a product generating recurring revenue. We also integrate with your existing analytics stack, whether that's Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, or a home-built data warehouse. If your store is live and taking orders, we can run tests on it.
